Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA-designed treatment plan.

You will collect data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions. RBT certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary:

As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
