Job summary

Compleat KiDZ seeks Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and maintaining professional communication with families. Travel between clinics and client homes is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain reliable transportation.

Position Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
