Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic-based settings. You will work under a BCBA to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, coordinating with families, and traveling between clinics as needed. A high school diploma is required and RBT training will be provided with certification expected within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete RBT training and obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills.

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic-based settings. Services are delivered under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and focus on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM- 1:30 PM

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Clinic-based role with potential travel between clinics
• Requires standing, movement, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
