Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, data collection, and collaborating with families. Travel between clinics and client homes is required; active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
