Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Raleigh, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in both clinic and in-home settings. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing individualized behavior plans supervised by a BCBA.

This full-time position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to attain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements
