Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is a pediatric therapy clinic delivering ABA services under BCBA guidance, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one therapy in clinic settings, with data collection and documentation duties, and collaboration with families and the treatment team to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete RBT training and obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; Sat 8:00 AM–1:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Manage challenging behaviors per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team.
• Communicate session updates to the BCBA.
• May work in more than one clinic location.

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic-based settings. Services are delivered under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and focus on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
