Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and home settings. Candidates will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans and support clients professionally.

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you\'ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver\'s license, and current auto insurance
