Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in children’s homes, schools, and daycares. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We value reliability, empathy, and teamwork; in-home visits are core to the role, with full-time benefits and ongoing training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are essential.
• Passion for working with young children with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation accurately.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment.
• Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled.

Position Overview
