Job summary

A pediatric therapy network in Hickory, NC, seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in clinics and homes. Position Overview

Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children in both clinic and in‑home settings. Under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in‑the‑moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required
