At a Glance

• $18.00–$24.00/hour depending on experience and certification
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for RBT candidates already credentialed with the BACB

Schedule

• Full‑time: 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 11:00 am–7:00 pm
• Part‑time: Flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs
• Services delivered across clinic, home, and community settings with strong clinic‑based support
• No weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
• Collaborate daily with the clinical team

Qualifications

• RBT certification or RBT candidate with BACB credential
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and responsive to quick movements as needed while engaging with children throughout the day.
