United Care ABA is actively seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, teaching assistants, BTs and RBTs to join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children thrive. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship from BCBA supervisors, and clear communication across onboarding and scheduling.

As a Behavior Technician, you will support clients with daily activities, implement behavior plans under supervision, and contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities
