Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Age 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation to commute to client sites.
- Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Provide aba therapy services under BCBA supervision.
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
- Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
- Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
