Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings in New Jersey. This full-time position offers hands-on ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and communicate progress to the clinical team while benefiting from supervision hours, flexible scheduling, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services as an ABA therapist under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
