Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. This hands-on role involves implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision and helping children make meaningful progress.

You will collect data, follow treatment protocols, support skill-building, and communicate progress to a supervising clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized, flexible and able to accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
