Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, paraprofessionals and others to join as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We offer training, a supportive team, and opportunity to grow in the ABA field.

In Colorado, BTs can pursue RBT certification with our guidance. We provide flexible after-school and summer hours, competitive pay, and pathways for advancement within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in various settings such as schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, youth services or special education settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you connect easily and take initiative.
• Reliability and attention to detail; you follow through and take pride in doing things right.
• Open to training, feedback, and continuous learning.
• Availability for after-school hours, summer schedules, or flexible part-time opportunities is a plus.
