United Care ABA in Denver and surrounding areas is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay between $21 and $28+ per hour, and a supportive environment where your growth is prioritized.

Whether you're new to ABA or an experienced aide, join a mission-driven team that provides mentorship from BCBAs, clear communication, and paths toward lead roles, trainer positions, or BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting—schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services.
• A passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily and take initiative.
• Reliability and attention to detail—you follow through and take pride in doing things right.
• Openness to training, feedback, and continuous learning.
• RBT certification (preferred), or the willingness to complete the certification process (we’ll help you!)
