Merakey is seeking a Behavior Technician in Dearborn, MI to provide 1:1 ABA-based services in family homes, schools, and community settings. You will collect data and support behavioral health goals with individualized treatments.

Must be available for afternoon shifts 1:30-7:30pm. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth within our mission-driven, supportive team and resources to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 1:30–7:30pm.
• Must have high school diploma or GED; RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA-based services in family homes, schools, and community settings.
• Complete timely data collection and required documentation, including parent/staff communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Required:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 1:30-7:30pm.

Preferred:

• 3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
