Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team in Dearborn, MI. You will provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services 1:1 in family homes, schools, and community settings, and you will document data and communications with families and staff.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, afternoon availability 1:30–7:30pm, and may prefer 3–6 months in behavioral health plus an RBT certification and related coursework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 1:30–7:30pm.
• 3–6 months experience in behavioral health (preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA services in family homes, schools, and community settings.
• Complete timely data collection and required documentation.
• Communicate with parents and staff as needed.
• Apply individualized treatment and engage with clients in a positive manner.

POSITION DETAILS
