Job summary

A leading non-profit provider is seeking a Behavior Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, to provide direct services based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Candidates should have experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavior Technician and be available for morning shifts. The role includes individualized treatment and ongoing data collection. Earn up to $19 an hour.

Position Details

• Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings.
• Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation.
• You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.
