United Care ABA in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping children and pursuing ABA careers. We offer hands-on training, supervision by BCBAs, and a clear path from BT to RBT and BCBA with scholarship support.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months of employment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
