United Care ABA in Brooklyn, NY is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are passionate about working with children and eager to begin a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role offers hands-on training and mentorship, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification and future BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus).
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first few months of employment.

• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA toward RBT and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
