United Care ABA in New Jersey is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are passionate about working with children and eager to begin a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Qualifications
- Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

- Long-term interest in growing within ABA (RBT/BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
- Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
- Record session data accurately and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Build strong relationships with clients and families.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
