Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–12 in a center setting. You will follow individualized skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and communicate progress with families under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to restrain/hold and use movement as outlined in behavior plans.
• Comfort working with children with challenging behavior and varied postures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing client materials and maintaining therapy space.
