Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across our Pennsylvania footprint. Starting pay is competitive, with BT at $22.25 per hour and RBT at $24.60 per hour; paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to certification are provided.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
