Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children and adolescents. You will use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following plans created by a BCBA.

Training leads to RBT certification, with ongoing supervision and growth opportunities. No ABA experience is required—we’ll train you, with weekly support and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; we’ll train you.
• Growth opportunities and paid training provided.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
• Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
• Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and document session notes.
• Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
