Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in 1:1 in-home or clinic settings. No ABA experience required; paid training provided and you’ll learn to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision.

You’ll work afternoons, Monday–Friday with growth opportunities, travel within a 15–20 mile radius, and options for advancement as you complete trainings and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No ABA experience required; training provided.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
• Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
• Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and document session notes.
• Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
