Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA-based therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training provided and opportunities for growth in a collaborative team.

Role requires supervision, adherence to RBT requirements where applicable, and reliable transportation to site locations. No prior experience needed; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (education requirement).
