Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children and adolescents. You will use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following plans designed by a BCBA.

No ABA experience is required; we offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for growth. A valid driver's license and travel within a 15–20 mile radius are needed; Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to travel within 15–20 miles.
• Must be able to travel; driving may be required.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
• Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
• Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and document session notes.
• Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
