Job summary

Adapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Interact with families and caregivers to support consistent treatment and progress.

We offer paid onboarding and training, potential sign-on incentives, and opportunities to advance toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, or relevant experience.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and approved settings.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of BCBA or qualified supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Communicate with supervisors and clinical team; collaborate with families.
