Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our team.

You will work under supervision of a BCBA and deliver in-home or community-based ABA services to children and adolescents, helping them acquire communication, social and life skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth, with supportive supervision and a path toward RBT credentialing.

Qualifications

• Patience and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, timely, organized with attention to detail.
• Able to pass background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Childcare or special needs experience preferred.
• Must commit to 10–15 hours per week; Monday–Friday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client's home or community settings to deliver services.
• Work 1:1 with children and adolescents to implement a behavioral plan.
• Incorporate families and caregivers into therapy sessions per treatment plan.
• Collect detailed and accurate data and service notes.
• Receive ongoing support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.
