Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the New York area seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting, working with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized plans and monitor progress. You will collect data and help families apply strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to centers.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Perform activities with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
