Proud Moments ABA in New York is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting, working with BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–15.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to follow detailed instructions.

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically engage with children (ages 2–15) during sessions (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Execute other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
