ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role emphasizes data-driven progress, collaborative teamwork with BCBAs and families, and adherence to individualized treatment plans.

The position offers paid training, career growth toward RBT levels, and support through the ABA Academy of Excellence. Applicants should be able to work afternoons to evenings and weekends, with required background

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
