Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Grantham, NH. The role provides hands-on ABA therapy in multiple settings, with paid training and pathways toward RBT certification. You’ll work under BCBA supervision and contribute to client progress while developing professional skills in a growing team.

Starting BT rate is $21.25 per hour; evenings and Saturdays may be required. The organization offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a caring, diverse workplace

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
