ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) at multiple NH sites for part-time hours. Starting pay is $21.15/hour for BT and $23.15/hour for RBT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be 21+ with 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and ABA therapy delivery.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
