Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Chelmsford, MA seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role requires a 40-hour paid training program and ongoing supervision, with opportunities to advance to RBT levels.

Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM preferred; weekends/holidays possible. Starting BT pay is $21.25/hour, with career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks.
