Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in Rochester, MA. The role supports BCBA-supervised plans and requires working Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs, with room for growth as skills and certification progress. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including support toward RBT certification through our ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
