Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technicians in Salem, NH. The BT/RBT roles offer part-time to full-time hours with evening shifts. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Active RBT certification is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
