Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in Rochester, NH to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, tracking progress and maintaining quality.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including support through our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
