Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia Beach is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting after school hours.

You will collect data, monitor progress, train families, and maintain clear communication with the treatment team while engaging children aged 2–15. This role offers paid training, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children during sessions.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
