Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You’ll work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, collect data, and coach caregivers.

This full-time role includes paid onboarding, supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA, a competitive hourly rate of $22–$25, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Coach and engage caregivers through modeling and supportive communication.
• Utilize video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
