Job summary

Galliant Trainings in Burleson, TX is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with autism. No prior ABA or healthcare experience is required, as we offer 100% paid RBT certification and all training to get you started in a clinical path.

You'll work 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday at our Burleson clinic, with a clear path for growth through semi-annual raises and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

How We Invest in You

• 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.

• Competitive Starting Pay & Semi-Annual Raises: Earn $17.00 – $18.50/hr to start, backed by structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your base income grows alongside your skills.

• 100% Center-Based Role (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle, unpaid drive time, and traveling between client homes. You report to one consistent, collaborative clinic facility every single day.

• Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy predictable clinic hours, no evenings, no fluctuating shift gaps, and zero weekend shifts! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM)

• BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individualized plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session metrics and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Burleson clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict clinic safety protocols.
