Job summary

Galliant in Lincoln, NE is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification.

Join a center-based clinic with a daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday), no in-home driving, and opportunities for growth. Starting pay is $19.00–$20.00/hour with semi-annual raises, plus a full benefits package and a supportive BCBA-D–led team.

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
