Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD in a clinic setting. No ABA experience required—training and certification are provided, with paid coursework and exam costs.

The role offers a daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Mon–Fri), 100% center-based work, and semi-annual raises to advance pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
