Job summary

Galliant is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a clinic setting. A fully paid training program is offered, with no prior ABA experience required, and paid certification through the RBT program.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with raises every 6 months and opportunities for growth. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday, with evenings free and some 5:00 PM meetings.

Qualifications

• High energy, deep empathy and a strong drive to support children with Autism.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent for career advancement.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch and move quickly to engage children and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care and implement individual therapy plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based, compassionate therapy prioritizing child safety and neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Track session data using an iPad/tablet and log daily progress notes accurately.

• 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national exam within your first 8 weeks.

• Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you your evenings back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

What You’ll Do

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for recent grads or childcare workers seeking career advancement).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure safety throughout the clinic day.
