Job summary

Galliant invites motivated individuals to join as Behavior Technicians at the Benson clinic. No prior ABA experience required, as training and certification are fully provided. You’ll support children through structured, 1-on-1 therapy in a single, weekday clinic setting.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with semi-annual raises and a comprehensive benefits package. The role centers on a 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM daytime schedule, with stable hours and no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch and move quickly to engage children.
• Willingness to work daytime hours Mon–Fri with occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing safety and engagement.
• Record real-time session data and write daily progress notes.

No prior ABA or medical experience required—we cover 100% of your training and certification!

• 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.

• Competitive Starting Pay & Semi-Annual Growth: Earn $19.00 – $20.00/hr to start, backed by clear performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your base income alongside your skills.

• 100% Center-Based Role (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle, unpaid drive time, and traveling between client homes. You report to one consistent clinic facility every single day.

• Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours, no nights, no fluctuating shift gaps, and zero weekend shifts! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

• BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
