Job summary

Galliant Trainings in Cedar Hill is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. No ABA experience is required, as 100% paid training and certification are provided.

Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with semi-annual raises and growth opportunities. Work a daytime, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday schedule at one center-based clinic in Cedar Hill.

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability and energy to support children in therapy.

• Must be able to commute to the Cedar Hill clinic regularly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Cedar Hill clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict clinic safety protocols.
