Centria Healthcare in the United States is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. You will be trained to help each child, even if you don’t currently have experience.

Competenze

• 18+ years of age required
• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test required (if not in last year)
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Mansioni

• Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain patient, compassionate approach and safety during interactions
