Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one intervention support under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and ensure child safety.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor progress and adjust plans.
