Job summary

CENTRIA AUTISM is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate with ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
